PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronizer, a synchronization system, a synchronization method and a synchronization program capable of synchronizing transmission timing of plural transmitters via radio.SOLUTION: The synchronizer includes: an acquisition section that acquires reciprocation time of a radio signal between an outside transmitter and the synchronizer; a transmission section that transmits a radio signal; and an adjustment section that adjusts a difference between the transmission timing of the radio signal from the transmission section and the transmission timing of the radio signal from the outside transmitter by adjusting the timing of the radio signal acquired by the transmission section by using reciprocation time acquired by the acquisition section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
