PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve strength and heat exchange performance of a passage hole part in a plate type heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A circumferential-shaped projection 9 having height H is formed along an opening edge part of a plate 2A, and an apex of the projection 9 is brought into contact and combined with a plate 2B, and soldering is performed while applying load. With such a constitution in which a contact point on the opening edge part is reduced, air is likely to come out, and air inclusion can be eliminated. Thus, even in heat exchange between two types of fluid having a pressure difference, heat exchange can be performed without being broken.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
