PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus configured to process an application using a workflow more efficiently, and an information processing system.SOLUTION: A workflow management apparatus includes: first registration means for registering a workflow; related information receiving means which receives an input of related information indicating a relation between types of processes included in the workflow; second registration means for registering related information; extraction means for extracting a second process, which relates to the first process, and is different from the first process, and is included in the workflow, with respect to the first process included in the workflow registered by the first registration means; and instruction transmission means of transmitting an instruction to an external device to execute the processes included in the workflow, in accordance with the progress of processing relating to the workflow registered by the first registration means. In transmitting an instruction to execute the first process, the instruction transmission means transmits information on the second process, when extracted, to the external device together with the instruction to execute the first process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
