PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with health illumination which has health illumination capable of properly controlling biological rhythm of residents by radiating light obtained by properly controlling spectral distribution.SOLUTION: A building with health illumination includes a living space having: first illuminating means for radiating awaking light W whose irradiation illuminance in a region of wavelength of 380 nm or more and 500 nm or less becomes equal to or more than that in the region of wavelength of greater than 500 nm and 700 nm or less; and second illuminating means for radiating sedation light S whose irradiation illuminance in the region of wavelength of 600 nm or more and 700 nm or less becomes equal to or more than that in the region of wavelength of 380 nm or more and less than 600 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
