PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure and device improving the cooling performance of a hear radiating portion on a leeward side.SOLUTION: A cooling structure is equipped with: a housing 140 which is disposed so as to cover a heat radiating portion 130, and defines an air-guiding path 150 guiding wind from a blowing portion between the heat radiating portion 130 and the housing 140; and a wind directing portion 160 which is disposed at a predetermined position of the air-guiding path 150 and directs wind to the heat radiating portion 130. The heat radiating portion is provided with a clearance at a position corresponding to the wind directing portion, and the wind directing portion is positioned in an upper area of the heat radiating portion, or positioned in a side area of the heat radiating portion, or alternately positioned in the upper area and the side area of the heat radiating portion toward a direction of wind blown by the blowing portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
