PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing more easily a cable structure including a substrate and a plurality of cables.SOLUTION: A cable structure includes a substrate and a plurality of cables. Each of the cables includes a core wire and a housing covering the core wire, and extends in a front-back direction. The cable structure is manufactured through first to fourth steps. In the first step, the cables are aligned in a pitch direction and fixed to each other by adhesion or welding in a predetermined range in the front-back direction. In the second step, the housing is cut at a first predetermined position in the predetermined range, and the front part of the housing on the front side from the cut is shifted frontward (half-stripped) to expose a part of the core wire. In the third step, the front part is cut at a second predetermined position in the front-back direction. In the fourth step, the exposed core wire is fixed to the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
