PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a photon counting-mode while maintaining high counting performance of an X-ray photon in an integration mode.SOLUTION: An integration type DAS collects an electric signal in an integration type mode. A photon count type DAS collects an electric signal in a photon count type mode. A radiation detector includes a plurality of scintillators for absorbing energy of an X-ray from an X-ray tube and emitting fluorescence according to the absorbed energy of the X-ray, a large photo diode provided to a first section of one surface of each of the plurality of scintillators for generating an electric signal according to the emitted fluorescence and supplying the electric signal to the integration type DAS, and a small photo diode provided to a second section other than the first section of one surface for generating an electric signal according to the emitted florescence and supplying the electric signal to the photon count type DAS. |
