PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for providing services such as courtesy and privilege, in a manner of being preferable to both of a donor of a commodity and a customer.SOLUTION: A courtesy information management device 10 receives a courtesy desire commodity to which a customer desires provision of courtesy, then manages a list of courtesy object commodities to which courtesy can be provided, then, determines whether or not, a courtesy to the courtesy desire commodity is issued to the customer, with a condition in which, whether the received courtesy desire commodity is a courtesy object commodity or not. In detail, the courtesy information management device 10 stores an accumulation issuance number of the courtesy about the courtesy desire commodities to the customer, then determines to issue the courtesy about the courtesy desire commodity to the customer, when the received courtesy desire commodity is the courtesy object commodity, and the accumulation issuance number of the courtesy about the courtesy desire commodities to the customer is less than a preset courtesy issuance limit number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
