PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of application work and the adhesion by permitting the film breadth of an adhesive to be uniform and also application breadth to be constant with respect to the ornamental cloth. CONSTITUTION:On a specific position of the rear surface of ornamental cloth 5 corresponding to the attaching foundation of a weather strip, an adhesive is backed by means of the upper and lower rollers 19, 20 of a roll coater 17 and, following this, the ornamental cloth 5 is press-bonded by an application device and then heat-melted by an adhesive on the outer peripheral surface of the attaching foundation being vulcanized and in a state of hot insulation.
