PURPOSE: To realize productivity equal to that attained by two machines with generally known techniques by solely using one coiling apparatus combined in a single machine and one winding apparatus and carrying out a coiling and winding processes in two separated processing stations. CONSTITUTION: Cylindrical matrices 2 arranged in peripheral directions are vertically installed on a rotating platform 6. Each matrix 2 is pullled out, when it is rotated at 180 deg., from a first transfer member 28 disposed so as to be engaged by a first tilting member 34 for transferring the matrix 2 to a coiling station 8. At the same time, the tilting member 34 disposes another matrix 2 to be coiled ahead and repositioned on the platform 6 on the transfer member 28. The coiled matrix 2 is, after an angular rotation of the platform 6, pulled out by a second transfer member 42 which allows the matrix 2 to be transferred to a winding station 9 by a second tilting member 43.
