PURPOSE:To improve execution properties and economy as well by projecting a plural number of bulkhead stiffening studs in the inner side of each steel plate, and connecting the steel plates which are faced to each other, with shear bars so as to be formed into a steel plate reinforced concrete structure. CONSTITUTION:In the case that concrete 4 is filled in the inside of an external shape formed out of steel plates 1 so as to be formed into a column 2, studs 5 projected in the inner side of each steel plate 1 in order that the steel plates 1 are integrated with concrete 4. And next, reinforcing ribs 6 are installed in order to stiffen each steel plate 1 and also to prevent the deformation of each steel plate 1. In addition, shear bars 7 are then attached thereon in order to prevent each steel plate 1 from swelling when concrete is placed. Following which, each steel plate 1 is bent into a rectangular shape as specified in size in response to the scale of a structure so as to be integrally assembled by means of welding. Furthermore, concrete 4 is filled in from the end section of the column. |
