PURPOSE:To obtain a composite material of high strength, specific strength and surface state and having a desired shape. CONSTITUTION:A composite material is produced by arranging a plastic film on the outside of a layer composed of a compsn. containing an epoxy resin, a foaming agent, a curing agent and a curing accelerator and further forming a fiber reinforced plastic layer on the outer surface of the plastic film. Since the obtained composite material is excellent in the adhesion between the respective materials and strongly brought into contact with a mold at the time of molding, it has a favorable surface and, since the plastic film is used, a foaming material does not pierce the fiber reinforced plastic layer and excellent appearance is provided. |
