An organic light emitting diode display device and method of manufacturing the same is provided to prevent the defect of the toast by making electrical contact of the driver component and organic light-emitting diode device stable. In an organic light emitting diode display device, a driver component(105) is arranged on the first substrate(100). A protective film is arranged on the first substrate including driver component(110). A contact pattern electrically is connected to the driver component on the protective film(130). A first electrode is arranged in the inner side of the second substrate(200) opposite directions to the first substrate(210). An organic layer including the organic electroluminescent pattern is arranged on the first electrode(220). A conducting material having high corrosion resistance is arranged on the second electrode.
