<p>PURPOSE:To prevent battery exhaustion even when idling is continued for a long period of time, or low-speed traveling is carried out for a long period of time by stopping the supply of power when the vehicle speed is less than a set value, and by supplying power when the vehicle speed exceeds a set value. CONSTITUTION:In a low-speed traveling less than a prescribed speed, a vehicle speed signal is output from a vehicle-speed detecting circuit 41, and the charging voltage of the capacitor 44b of a driving circuit 44 is applied to a second transistor 45. Since the interval of the pulses of the vehicle-speed detecting circuit 41 is large, the voltage to be charged to the capacitor 44b is low, and the second transitor 45 is not turned ON. Thus, the power of a battery 10 is not supplied to on-vehicle electrical equipment. When the vehicle speed exceeds a prescribed value, the interval of charge is reduced and the voltage of the capacitor 44b is increased. Thus, the second transistor 45 is turned ON, and then a third transistor 47a being a switch circuit 47 is turned ON, and power is supplied to the on-vehicle electrical equipment for starting the operation thereof.</p> |
