PURPOSE:To realize dehumidifying function sufficiently by a method wherein an operation mode is switched or air volume is changed in accordance with a suction temperature. CONSTITUTION:A humidity sensor 14, detecting the humidity of air, a suction sensor 15, detecting a suction temperature, an operation setting circuit 24, switching an operation mode, an air volume setting circuit 25, setting a given air volume based on the suction temperature upon starting the operation, and an air volume regulating circuit 26, regulating the air volume in accordance with the suction temperature, are provided. |
