摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an optical sensor for information recording which has high sensitivity and is free from unequalness or noises of images, and an information recorder. CONSTITUTION:The semiconductor optical sensor in which a photoconductive layer is laminated on an electrode 13 and an information recording medium in which an information recording layer consisting of a liquid crystal phase and a resin phase are laminated on electrodes, are arranged by forming at least either of the electrodes of the optical sensor or the information recording medium as transparent electrodes and disposing both to face each other by positioning the electrodes on the outer side with each other on the optical axis. Both electrodes are connected to each other to enable voltage impression to form the information recorder. The photoconductive layer of the optical sensor for such recorder is composed of a charge generating layer 14' and a charge transfer layer 14''. An intermediate implantation layer 16 is disposed between the charge generating layer 14' and the charge transfer layer 14''. As a result, information recording with high sensitivity is made possible without generating the image noises or unequalness, such as drop-out.
