PURPOSE:To surely, smoothly insert a connection member into an insulating block and make a device compact by specifying the relation of the dimension of the rear end of an inclined part of a holding ring relative to the radial direction dimension of a chamfered part in the front outer circumference of the connection member. CONSTITUTION:A holding ring 22 comprises a cylindrical part 23 and an inclined part 24, and has a slit 25 capable of elastically enlarging the diameter. When the aperture inner diameter at the rear end of the inclined part 24 is represented by D0, the inner diameter of each of housing holes 21C, 21D, 21E is by D1, D2, D3 respectively, and the dimension in the radial direction in a chamfered part of a connection member is by DELTAr, the relation of (D2+D3)/2-DELTAr<=D0<=D2 is satisfied. The outer diameter of the rear end of the inclined part 24 is almost the same as the inner diameter of the housing hole 21D, and the displacement of the rear end from the axial line of the housing hole 21D is made almost zero, and connecting failure and damage are prevented.
