The window handle (1) has a normal appearance, but without a reinforced grip neck. The locking cylinder is fitted within a stepped rosette body, to move within a drilling at the raised section of the rosette. The locking action, by radial movement of the locking disc or the handle, is through an extended locking cam at a moving extra ring, round the tubular screw socket. The extended locking cam acts as a normal ratchet cam, in the start position.
