<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a higher power supply voltage than a regulated voltage is supplied to a signal processing circuit although the signal processing circuit is operated by a lower power supply voltage than the regulated voltage set by a regulation circuit and that the signal processing circuit consumes unnecessary electric power. <P>SOLUTION: A first regulation circuit that takes in the power supply voltage to generate a first voltage which is lower than the power supply voltage, a second regulation circuit that takes in the power supply voltage to generate a second voltage which is higher than the first voltage corresponding to an input level of an external equipment, the signal processing circuit to apply a prescribed signal processing to an image signal output from a solid imaging element, and an output circuit that operates by receiving the second voltage to output the image signal to which the signal processing is applied by the signal processing circuit are provided.
