PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified microorganism-inspecting unit enabling circumstances where a food processor can voluntarily and frequently perform microorganism tests to be acquired so that an accident such as food poisoning does not break out as an inspected result is inexpensively and quickly gained without a specialist. SOLUTION: This inspecting unit houses a microorganism test kit for inexpensively and quickly gaining an inspected result without the need of a specialist and a computer system for accumulating inspected result data and, if necessary, for analyzing the data. The microorganism test kit is composed of a system diluter 9 for measurement and dilution, a masticator 10 for agitating a specimen, a stoma filter for filtering an agitated specimen, articles for consumption such as petri film for inspecting microorganisms, an incubator 12 for bacterial culture and an equipment such as an autoclave 13 for sterilization after inspection. The computer system is composed of a personal computer 17, a label printer 18 for printing bar code labels for managing specimens and a bar code reader 19 for equally managing specimens.
