<p>The object is to restrain an occupant in a seat with a comparatively small force without causing oppressing feelings, while the payout operation of a seat belt webbing can be comfortably performed. This object is achieved by a motor retractor system which includes a first winding device (2) having a motor (14) driven during winding of a shoulder belt webbing (1A) and a second winding device (5) having a tension-applying device (25) for applying a tension to a lap belt webbing (1B), and the system controls and drives the motor (14) when a through-tongue (4) is released from a buckle (6). <IMAGE></p> |
