PURPOSE: A remote automatic monitoring system for preventing a fire of a building is provided to monitor remotely the fire of the building by providing an unmanned management system. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of monitoring units(10) are installed at each position of a building in order to detect a fire state and an emergency state. A monitoring controller(20) is used for analyzing the emergency state and generating a control command according to the analyzed result. A client computer(100) is used for transmitting the specific information and the state information to an upper system by using data and state information of the monitoring controller. A fire monitoring server system(200) analyzes the specific information and the state information and informs a fire prevention center(400) of the analyzed result, a local fire station(500), and a manager(600) of an actual spot. A database server(300) is connected to the fire monitoring server system in order to manage position information of a fire monitoring region and the specific information the building, position information of local fire stations, and the fire history of the building.
