PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the storage workability of a seat from every direction. SOLUTION: When turning an operation lever 50 backward, a latch 38 is turned by a connecting rod 46, engagement with a striker 42 of a seat cushion 12 is released, and the seat cushion 12 is moved forward of a vehicle body by the energizing force of a torsion bar 32. When turning the operation lever 50 forward, a hook 62 is turned, and the engagement of the hook 62 with a striker 60 is released. Therefore, a seat back 14 can be reclined forward on the seat cushion 12, and the seat cushion 12 can be moved to a storage position abutting to the bottom 24A of a storage recessed part 24 by the weight of the seat back 14.
