DOOR STRUCTURE FOR AUTOMOBILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door structure for an automobile capable of realizing cost reduction by reducing the number of parts and the man-hours required for mounting of a carrier plate by providing an opening on an inner panel and insert-molding the carrier plate on the whole of the edge of the opening so as to cover the opening with the carrier plate for supporting an auxiliary machinery of the door (functional part of the door), enhancing rigidity of the inner panel against a structure in which the carrier plate is fixed to the inner panel by a screw and realizing light weight of the inner panel or the whole of the door by enlarging the opening of the inner panel by the part. SOLUTION: The door structure for the automobile is formed by joining an outer panel and the inner panel 3. The opening 6 is provided on the inner panel 3 and the carrier plate 9 made of resin and supporting the auxiliary machinery 15 of the door is insert-molded on the whole of the edge of the opening 6 so as to cover the opening 6.
