PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize reduction of the weight of a floor structure of a vehicle installed with a slide type seat, enhancement of dimension accuracy, reduction of the number of parts and shortening of an installation process of a lower rail. SOLUTION: The aluminum extrusion material has upper and lower surface plates 1, 2 and a plurality of ribs 3 for connecting them as a basic structure, has a plurality of hollow parts formed thereby and further has the integrally formed lower rail 4. A bottom wall 5 is integrated with the front plate 2, an upper wall 6 is integrated with the front plate 1, an opening 8 is formed at a central part along an extrusion direction and the lower rail 4 is built-in in a floor material of the vehicle.
