<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bipolar type secondary battery restraining ion migration between electrodes and battery reaction from being deterred by gas generated at an initial charge and discharge. <P>SOLUTION: The bipolar type secondary battery 10, consisting of a bipolar electrode with a cathode 13 formed on one face of a collector 11 and an anode 15 formed on the other face, an electrolyte layer 17, and a sealing part 31 arranged at a peripheral part, is provided with a collected part 35 of gas 37 generated at charge and discharge between the sealing part 31 and an electrode-electrolyte layer opposition part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
