The method is based on the herb, that by a special preparation or use it restores health and the glow of lost youth on the human organism.It is indicative that white hair regain their natural color and the skin is more smooth. The renewed energy onthe organism in general is very active.The herb we mention is rosemary.We collect the shoots of rosemary and we leave them on the sun to dry in a natural way. Then we rub them (or we crush them in a mortar) until they are in very small pieces. In the next stage, we use it as all the herbs in cooking.In another case we use it for rubbing and massage on the skin until it becomes melted, fresh cut rosemary herb. |
