A moving body (7) is provided to seize a tube, where the tensile strength of the connection between the connector and the displacement housing is greater than the tensile strength of the connector or the connection between the connector and the tube. The connection between the connector and the tube is released when the tube is exerted with greater pull than the pull of the plastic deformation of the tube. An independent claim is also included for a method for pulling a tube through the ground.
