PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-dressing emulsified cosmetic which is excellent in compatibility with and spreadability on hair, does not give sticky touch, and can impart the characteristic excellent hair-dressing properties of high melting point waxes, and further to provide the hair-dressing emulsified cosmetic which can stably be emulsified without deteriorating the excellent hair-dressing properties of high melting point waxes, is not flocculated or precipitated, even when highly compounded, and has high emulsion stability. SOLUTION: This hair-dressing emulsified cosmetic comprises (A) rice bran wax and/or hydrogenated rice bran wax, (B) polyethylene wax, (C) a fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactant, and (D) a branched fatty acid and/or a branched fatty acid ester.
