A method for extracting fermentative feed is provided to supply air to wild grass mixed with sugar smoothly included in the floor of a jar by using a pressing plate without opening the insect screen. A method for extracting fermentative feed comprises the steps of (i) preparing wild grass by collecting wild grass, washing it and removing moisture; (ii) putting a mixture of wild grass and sugar in a weight ratio of 1:1 in the floor of jar; (iii) putting a pressing plate on the mixture; (iv) supplying air with mixing the mixture by moving the pressing plate upward and downward; (v) mixing the mixed material until the material juice is extracted from the mixed material; (vi) separating the material juice from a jar and removing wild grass; (vii) putting the material juice again; and (viii) mixing the material juice by moving a cover to age the material juice ever 2-3 days for 1 year.
