PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice processor or the like with which a parameter for removing an acoustic echo is exactly and easily set according to user's use environment. SOLUTION: The voice processor S of the present invention, having a path for transmitting the voice signal in which the acoustic echo is included, is provided with: a test signal generation part 12 which transmits an acoustic signal for test to the outside; a microphone 17 which receives a return signal equivalent to the acoustic signal in which the transmitted acoustic signal returns directly or indirectly via a medium; a measurement part 18 which measures time after the acoustic signal is transmitted till the return signal is received, and a signal level of the return signal; a system microcomputer 20 which sets the parameter according to measurement results for removing the acoustic echo included in a voice signal.
