PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel a manner mode by a predetermined operation, after a set time. SOLUTION: This communications device 10 is provided with an operation judgment part 14 which determines whether the predetermined operation is performed, after the preset set time at a state that the manner mode is set; and a manner mode control part 15 which cancels the manner mode, when it is determined that the predetermined operation is performed, after the set time by the operation determining part 14. Thus, for example, even when a user oversleeps without taking notice of alarm, after setting the communications device to the manner mode and going to bed, incoming call of a morning call is reported and surely wakes up the user.
