PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge information processing method and a charge information processing device, capable of calculating charges on the packet communication of international roaming according to data amount and access point name for each of a plurality of telecommunication carriers. SOLUTION: A charge calculation rate corresponding to data amount, access point name, and a telecommunication carrier of a second country for the packet communication of international roaming is selected from among a plurality of charge calculation rates set according to the data amount of packet communication and the access point name, for each of a plurality of telecommunication carriers of the second country. Based on the selected charge calculation rate as well as the data amount of packet communication of international roaming, a charge for the packet communication of international roaming is calculated.
