PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone call system capable of protecting personal information. SOLUTION: The telephone call system is provided with: a PC 100 used by a caller user of a telephone; a telephone call server 200 for making a telephone call between the PC 100 and a telephone terminal 300; the telephone terminal 300 used by a called operator of a telephone; and the Internet 400 for mutually connecting the PC 100, the telephone call server 200, and the telephone terminal 300. The telephone call server 200 receives from the PC 100 a telephone number one wants to receive and a called telephone number via the Internet, filters the telephone number one wants to receive, and calls the telephone terminal 300 via the Internet.
