PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device for inhibiting electromagnetic interference while isolating electromagnetic waves effectively, thinning a thickness of the device at the same time, and reducing its manufacturing cost as a result. SOLUTION: There are provided an electronic device for inhibiting the electromagnetic interference and a method for manufacturing the same. The electronic device for inhibiting electromagnetic interference includes at least a signal transmitter and receiver module and a metal thin film. The signal transmitter and receiver module includes at least one signal transmitter/receiver transmission portion respectively provided on both surfaces of the signal transmitter and receiver module, and a ground terminal. The metal thin film covers the signal transmitter and receiver module and contacts with the ground terminal at the same time, but does not cover the signal transmitter/receiver transmission portion.
