A shoe having a lace fitting structure comprises, as main components, a first side panel (51) which is wound around the inner side surface of the foot of a user upward or slantwise upward along the inner surface of a main upper part (2M) in the inner space thereof, a second side panel (52) which is wound around the outer side surface of the foot of the user upward or slantwise upward along the outer surface of the main upper part in the inner space thereof, and third eyelets (23) which are provided at the tip ends of the first and second side panels (51, 52) and contact with shoe lace means while allowing the shoe lace means to pass therethrough.
