Disclosed are a vitamin D calcium composition chewing tablet and a preparation method thereof. The chewing tablet is made of calcium carbonate, vitamin D3, starch, sucrose and purified water. The preparation method comprises: respectively making starch and sucrose into solutions by adding water; mixing the two solutions, and adding calcium carbonate and vitamin D3; and then placing the liquid drug into a cylindrical dish for bearing drugs, and lyophilized same.
