PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable composition, preferably in a state of an emulsion which has an external appearance that is transparent or slightly translucent even when a plant extract is blended with the composition, and more particularly a stable cosmetic composition.SOLUTION: A composition that is preferably in a state of an emulsion, more preferably a nano-emulsion or a micro-emulsion, and particularly a cosmetic composition comprises: (a) at least one oil; (b) at least one polyglyceryl fatty acid ester which includes a polyglyceryl part derived from 2 to 6 kinds of glycerin; (c) at least one taurate anionic surfactant; (d) at least one amino acid anionic surfactant; (e) at least one plant extract; and (f) water. The composition is stable over time, therefore the composition can maintain external appearance for a long tome, i.e. the external appearance of the composition substantially does not change for a long time.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
