The present invention relates to a method for identifying varieties of chrysanthemum using a microsatellite primer set. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for identifying varieties of chrysanthemum using a microsatellite primer set which is designed to identifying varieties of chrysanthemum showing polymorphism to 128 chrysanthemum varieties collected domestically. According to the present invention, the use of the primer set as the microsatellite marker for identifying varieties of chrysanthemum can significantly contribute to various fields associated with investigation on authenticity of the chrysanthemum varieties, arbitration in a seed dispute, and selection of comparative varieties in the applied varieties under preservation.
