The present invention relates to a device and a method for disabling touch display input of a cooking appliance. According to the present invention, the device temporarily disables an LCD touch screen, when an LCD panel of a cooking appliance is polluted so that the LCD panel is required to be cleaned and returns to a normal mode after cleaning the screen. Accordingly, a user may easily and conveniently clean the LCD touch screen, even when the cooking appliance is operated. |
