摘要 The present invention pertains to a substrate with a transparent electroconductive coating in which carbon nanotubes are used in the electroconductive coating, and a touch panel in which the substrate with the transparent electroconductive coating is used as an electrode. More specifically, the present invention provides: a substrate with a transparent electroconductive coating in which the change in surface resistance before and after exposure in a hot, humid atmosphere is kept small by reducing the contact angle of water on the surface of a transparent film used as a supporting substrate; and a touch panel in which said substrate is used. A substrate with a transparent electroconductive coating having a carbon-nanotube-containing layer on one surface of a transparent film, characterized in that the contact angle of water on the surface of the transparent film that forms the carbon-nanotube-containing layer is 40° or less. Further, the present invention is also useful for touch panel applications by using the substrate with the transparent electroconductive coating as an electrode.
