A synchronous key is provided to prevent the hub and sleeve from being shaken, and to change the speed precisely. A synchronous key comprises a key ball and shaking prevention units(35,37) installed at both sides of key ball. A spring is formed in the lower part of the shaking prevention unit. The shaking of sleeve and hub is prevented since the taping force of the spring works to upside when a hub(12) and sleeve(14) of the manual transmission are combined.
