PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation information management system that notifies so as to prevent a contraindicated contrast agent and a contrast agent similar to the contraindicated contrast agent from being selected from information of past side effects when a contrast agent is selected in a contrast agent examination, and further to provide a radiation information management method and a radiation information management program.SOLUTION: A radiation information management system comprises: a database 2 for storing a patient information table at which information related to a patient is registered, a side effect management table for managing side effects related to a contrast agent used for the patient and a contrast agent information table at which information related to the contrast agent is registered; and a contraindicated contrast agent display section 10 for displaying a contrast agent of which use is to be contraindicated when the patient undergoes a contrast agent examination. The contraindicated contrast agent display section 10 comprises: a determination section 12 for determining whether or not the contraindicated contrast agent exists in the side effect management table; an extraction section 13 for extracting the contraindicated contrast agent determined by the determination section 12 from the side effect management table; and a mark addition section 14 for adding a mark that clearly specifies the extracted contraindicated contrast agent on a display section for displaying a screen for selecting the contrast agent. |
