PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor that is small in the number of parts and excellent in productivity and can secure the strength of the joint portion between an inner core portion and an outer core portion while suppressing vibration occurring at a gap of the inner core portion.SOLUTION: In the reactor comprising a coil having a winding portion, and a magnetic core having an inner core portion disposed inside the winding portion and an outer core portion disposed outside the winding portion, the inner core portion includes a plurality of core pieces, gaps provided between the core pieces, and a first molding resin for integrating the plurality of core pieces. The gaps are formed of the first molding resin, a second mold resin for integrating the inner core portion and the outer core portion is provided, the first molding resin has a higher elastic modulus than the second molding resin, and the second molding resin has higher toughness than the first molding resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
