PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compact a configuration to move a heating member and a pressurizing member in a contacting and a leaving direction.SOLUTION: A fixing device (F) comprises: a support body (6) supported rotatably on a center (6a) of rotation; an energizing member (8) energizing the support body (6) in such a direction that a pressuring member (Fp) and a heating member (Fh) approach each other; a rotary member (11) supported rotatably between a release position where contact pressure between the pressurizing member (Fp) and heating member (Fh) is decreased; and a contacted part (9) that the rotary member (11) can contact, the contacted part (9) being composed of a corner part facing the center (6a) of rotation of the support body (6) and in a radial direction to a center (11a) of rotation of the rotary member (11).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
