PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting system, an accounting method and a program capable of performing accounting to a use of a cooperation function according to a relation between equipment and a differential function used from the equipment.SOLUTION: An accounting system includes: a receiving part 251 configured to receive an execution request of a first function from a slave machine 30 not including the first function included in a main body part 11; a function execution unit 253 configured to execute the first function; and an accounting part 267 configured to perform accounting so that an accounting amount for an execution of the first function becomes larger as a difference between a start date of providing the first function and a release date of the slave machine 30 is larger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
