PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adaptively stop amplification relay of a repeater device according to a receiving state of a mobile station or a base station.

SOLUTION: The repeater device 1 performs the amplification relay of a radio signal between the base station and the mobile stations which execute closed loop transmission power control. A downlink relay part 14 amplifies a downlink signal transmitted from the base station to be transmitted toward the mobile station. A TPC command acquisition part 16 acquires a TPC command for controlling transmitted power of the base station from an uplink signal transmitted from the mobile station. A receiving state judgment part 17 judges whether or not the receiving state of the mobile station is the one that the amplification relay of the downlink signal is necessary on the basis of the TPC command acquired by the TPC command acquisition part 16. A relay control part 18 stops amplification relay processing by the downlink relay part 14 when it is judged that the amplification relay of the downlink signal is unnecessary.
