<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine and display images which are simultaneously inputted from a plurality of image input devices. <P>SOLUTION: When the image input device transmits an image to a controller, the controller stores the image in a layer corresponding to the image input device. The images inputted from the other image input device are stored in different layers. The controller individually manages the images from each image input device for every layer. When a plurality of images are simultaneously inputted, they are stored in different layers. The controller combines the images by overlapping the layers, and transmits the image to the display device and each image input device.
