PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical laminate capable of suppressing corrosion of a metal layer in which an optical film having an adhesive layer is laminated on a metal layer such as a metal wiring layer and to provide a liquid crystal display device including the same.SOLUTION: There are provided: an optical laminate which comprises an optical film, an adhesive layer and a metal layer in this order, wherein the metal layer is a metal wiring layer, the adhesive layer is composed of an adhesive composition comprising a (meth)acrylic resin (A), an isocyanate-based crosslinking agent (B), a silane compound (C) and an ionic compound (D) represented by the formula: MX(Mrepresents an inorganic cation and Xrepresents a fluorine atom-containing anion) and the adhesive composition comprises 0.01 to 2.5 pts.wt. of the isocyanate-based crosslinking agent (B), 0.01 to 10 pts.wt. of the silane compound (C) and 0.2 to 8 pts.wt of the ionic compound (D) based on 100 pts.wt. of the (meth)acrylic resin (A); and a liquid crystal display device including the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
