PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aqueous ink for inkjet recording capable of enhancing fixability to glossy paper.SOLUTION: There is provided aqueous ink for inkjet recording containing a pigment and water which contains at least one of a water-soluble resin and a water-dispersible resin, and a micelle formation compound having an aryl group and an oxyethylene chain. At least one of the water-soluble resin and the water-dispersible resin, and the micelle formation compound are contained in aqueous pigment ink, which can enhance fixability to glossy paper.SELECTED DRAWING: None
